My name is Damien Phillips and I have been working with MATRIX since March 2010 and was honored to win Rookie of the Year for the company that year. A native of California, I have been living in Atlanta for over 20 years and recruiting in Atlanta for over 10. I am the reigning MATRIX Chili Cookoff Champ for TWO YEARS RUNNING! I am an avid football fanatic and Saturdays you can catch me rooting for The University of Michigan (GO BLUE!) and on Sunday for the 49ers (We will see you next year NYG!). I actually named my Chili for the 2011 contest "Remember 89" in homage to the Back to Back Super Bowl wins the 49ers had in 1989! As you can see, I also had on my throwback Jerry Rice jersey on cook off day (MVP of the 89 Super Bowl) for good luck!

I have two boys and two girls as well as two Siamese cats that keep me young in the mind and constantly on the go!
